Youth Speaks 2011  The District Youth Speaks Final will take place at Barton Peveril College Eastleigh on Saturday 26th February 2011. The Rules for the 2011 competition are now posted on the RIBI web site together with details of the Regional and RIBI Finals. A copy can also be found here. Regarding the District Final, the details of Group/Club finalists must be notified to Phil Wheatley not later than two weeks prior to the date of the District Final in order that all arrangements, programme and details can be completed. Details of finalists should be submitted on the entry form, which can be found here. Important dates :- The District Final will be held on 26th February 2011 at Barton Peveril College Eastleigh. The Regional Final will be organised by District 1110. Details of this will be available here around the end of September. The RIBI Final will take place on 1st May 2011 at Cranleigh School, Horseshoe Lane, Cranleigh GU6 8QQ. Group Finals should be completed by no later than the last week of January.
